Set aside 20 quiet minutes, make a cup of tea, and watch the welcome lesson. There is no rush and no deadline, so move at a pace that feels right for you.
Book your attunement when you are ready
Module 4 shows you how to prepare for and book your personal Shoden attunement. Most students book once they have worked through Modules 1 to 3.
Your first practice, starting today
Before you even open Module 1, try this. Sit comfortably, rest your hands over your heart, take three slow breaths, and gently repeat the five Reiki principles.
